What This Project Covered

Tim's crew recently wrapped a full bathroom remodel in Arvada, one of those jobs where nearly everything changed. The layout was rethought, the walls and floor got new tile, and every fixture was swapped out. Here's a close look at what the work actually involved.

What Was Done on This Bathroom Remodel

Four areas of work, each handled from rough-in to finished surface.

Layout Overhaul

The existing layout wasn't working. Plumbing fixtures were repositioned, a tub was added, and the walkways were rethought so the room moves the way a bathroom should, open, not cramped.

Tile Installation

Walls and floors now carry clean, water-resistant tile throughout, shower walls, tub surround, and floor. The tile was selected for durability first, then for how it reads in the finished room.

Fixtures and Hardware

Every plumbing fixture was replaced, sink, faucet, shower hardware, tub spout, along with the lighting. The goal was a consistent, clean aesthetic, not a mix of decades.

Finishing Details

Grout lines kept tight and even. Edges trimmed flush. Every transition between materials handled with precision. These are the details that separate a bathroom that looks finished from one that just looks new.
